试论高校档案实现信息化管理面临的问题及对策

高等教育飞速发展,作为信息高度集中的高校档案应加快档案信息化建设以适应社会和高等教育的发展。加快高校档案信息化建设是当今高校档案管理的必然要求,高等学校要强化档案信息化意识,积极开展档案数据库建设和网络管理,建立高校档案信息服务体系。笔者根据当前高校档案工作信息化过程中存在的主要问题,提出切实可行的整改对策。

Discussion on the Problems and Strategies of Realizing College file Information Management

With the rapid development of higher education, college file, as a high concentration of information, should speed up the file information construction in order to adapt to social and development of higher education. Speeding up the college file information is the necessary requirement for the construction of university archives records management in today＇s university. The colleges and universities should strengthen the awareness of archival information, active file database development and network management and the establishment of college information service system. Based on the main problems of current college information service system in the process of university archives,practical corrective measares are proposed.
