| 摘 要： | 职业适应性是个体与特定职业环境之间的有机统一和协调的过程，直接影响着个体的职业发展。本研究以衢州地区为例．对经济欠发达地区的近三年就业的外贸从业人员进行了随机抽样调查，调查和分析了他们的职业适应性情况，并调查分析了衢州地区外贸企业的人才需求情况，在此基础上提出了地方高校培养和提升商务英语人才职业适应性的对策。

| Abstract: | Vocational adaptability refers to the adaptive process of professionals to particular occupational settings.Taking Quzhou as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the vocational adaptability of the new graduates in foreign trade industry in under-developed areas,analyzes the demand of foreign trade talents in the local foreign trade enterprises and then puts forward some strategies to improve the vocational adaptability of college students. |
