荒沟抽水蓄能电站上库冰问题分析

荒沟抽水蓄能电站位于黑龙江省林口县境内。在工程设计中需要解决的工程冰情问题，一是冬季结冰对电站运行的影响；二是在正常蓄水位以上可设置多大的冰库容。文章在调查常规水库结冰的基础上，结合上库的特点及国内外工程经验，对上库是否结冰、结冰型态、设计冰库容及结冰对电站运行的影响进行了分析。

Analysis of ice problem for upper reservoir in Huanggou pumped storage power station

Huanggou pumped storage power station locates in Heilongjiang province Linkou county. It is need to consider the problems of ice in the project design, which is to study the influence of ice on the station in winter and to make certain suitable ice storage capacity over the normal pool level. For this reason, the investigation on the icing situation in routine reservoirs was made. Combining with the characteristic of the upper reservoir and some projects experience at home and abroad, the article analyzes if the upper reservoir is iced over, frozen form, designed ice storage capacity and the influence of ice on the station.
