| 摘 要： | 实行工程量清单计价模式是我国工程造价管理制度的一大进步,也是在我国加入WTO后,与全球建筑业同行竞争的有力工具。本文论述了工程量清单计价模式的形成和特点,重点论述了施工企业在使用清单计价经常出现的问题,以及如何提高工程量清单计价的使用水平,为工程造价从业人员正确使用工程量清单计价提供了理论依据。 |

| Abstract: | The implementation of engineering bill pricing mode is a big progress of construction cost management system, also a powerful tool for the global construction industry peer competition after China＇s accession to WTO. This paper discusses the formation and characteristics of engineering quantities pricing mode, focuses on the problems often occuring in the use of the bill pricing of construction enterprises, and how to improve the levels of using engineering bill pricing, which provides theory basis for engineering cost employees correctly using engineering bill pricing. |
