| 摘 要： | 文章通过对关键能力内涵的探讨,比较了交通类高职院校学生和交通类企业对关键能力对关键能力的理解及其异同,在此基础上,构建了交通类高职高专大学生关键能力的培养模式,为提高高职院校培养具有良关键能力技术人才的水平提供实质性的参考。

| Abstract: | Based on discussion of connotation of Key Ability,this paper compared differences between students in higher vocational colleges and transportation enterprises on understanding Key Ability. On this basis,it construct training mode for Key Ability of students in higher vocational transportation colleges,providing substantial reference for promoting to cultivate talents with good Key Ability in higher vocational colleges. |
