幸福学视角下我国收入分配制度的再思考

针对当前我国收入分配制度存在的若干问题,提出收入分配制度的改革应从三个方面进一步完善。即：从宪政高度确立幸福价值取向,以此调整规范收入分配制度的价值取向;从收入分配机制整合不同群体的主观幸福感,提高社会整体幸福水平;从政府再调节收入分配制度能力建设上重塑人们获取幸福的信心。
