基于食品质量可追溯体系的食品企业社会责任研究

随着各类食品安全问题的爆发,食品质量安全日益成为人们关注的焦点。文章从构建食品质量可追溯体系与企业社会责任的共同性要求出发,分析了实施食品质量可追溯体系的必要性,并以北京奥运会实施奥运食品质量可追溯体系这一经典案例的实践为例,探讨了我国食品企业推广实施质量可追溯体系遇到的障碍,最后提出了促进食品企业履行社会责任的措施,即通过构建食品质量可追溯体系来开展企业社会责任运动。

An Analysis of the Corporate Social Responsibility Based on the Traceability of Food Quality Track

With the occurrence of food safety problem,more and more people have been focusing on the food safety problem.This article starts with the common demand of the constructing of the food quality track and the corporate social responsibility,and analyzes the necessities of constructing the food quality track.The article also takes the olympic food quality track in Beijing Olympic Games as an example,and probes into the bar of the food quality practice in food companies.Based on these,the article brings up the measures of rising corporate social responsibilities.
