This article has made legal analysis on the ecological tourism in the west part of China in three parts, the necessity of the national law about the ecological tourism and the harmony between the laws ; the establishment of the unambiguous property right and scientific supervisory mode; abidance of the principle of ecological protection first and establishment of the ecological standard and circular system.
