Control on the Assessment and Certificate Issuance of Higher Vocational Teachers’On-the-job Training

To strengthen the control on the assessment and certificate issuance of higher vocational teachers’on-the-job training is of much importance to guarantee the whole quality control system to work with high efficiency.Therefore,great efforts should be made on the establishment of assessment institution,the formulation of assessment content,criteria and procedures,and the limits to right of certificate issuance,so as to achieve an effective control on assessment and certificate issuance of teachers’on-the-job training.
