浅析工程量清单计价模式存在的问题

工程量清单计价作为一种新的计价模式被引入到建设工程造价领域,使建设工程造价计价方式从定额计价模式向清单计价模式转变,推动了建筑市场的健康、有序发展。但在推行工程量清单计价的过程中也存在《计价规范》分类不全、计价依据缺位、评标方法不合理等问题,文章提出了相应的解决对策。

A Brief Introduction on Existing Problems Under the Bills of Quantities

As a new valuation model,the project bills charge mode is lead into cost realm of construction engineering,which changes project cont from the pattern of valuation with fixed quantity to the pattern of valuation with bills of quantities;pushes the development of building market healthily and orderly.However,there are several existing problems during the course of pushing the project bill charge model,such as charging specifications content rough,valuation bases absent,evaluation bid method unreasonable and so on,to solve these problems,this paper presents some appropriate measures.
