摘 要: | 科学的教师业绩考核体系是高校顺利实施聘任制的前提,是充分发挥绩效评价的导向和激励作用的重要保证。分析了聘任制下高校教师业绩考核难点及原因,并提出了完善现行高校教师业绩考核制度的改进对策及建议,并对高校教师业绩考核体系的建立进行了探讨。

Abstract: | A scientific evaluation of teachers' performance serves as a prerequisite for colleges and universities to manage to implement an engagement system and fully ensures the guidance and encouragement of performance appraisal.This paper analyzes the major existing difficulties in teachers' performance evaluation in colleges and universities,followed by the corresponding reasons.In addition,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance evaluation system and explores an establishment of an evaluation model in colleges and universities. |
