摘    要:通信基站建设选址难,数量不足,布局不够合理等问题日益突出。为规范通信基站建设行为,提高通信网络发展水平,实现网络优质覆盖,以南京市总体规划和南京市控制性详细规划为基底,运用地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)技术对通信基站进行优化选址与布局。结果表明:通信基站选址布局更加优化,资源利用更加充分。可见基于地理信息系统通信基站优化选址与布局,提高了选址效率和覆盖效果,确保信息化与通讯网络发展到较高水平。

Optimized Location and Layout of Communication Base Station Based on Geographic Information System
Abstract:Communication base station construction site selection is difficult, the number is insufficient, the layout is not reasonable and other problems are increasingly prominent. In order to standardize the construction of communication base stations, improve the development level of a city''s communication network, and achieve high-quality network coverage. This paper is based on the master plan of Nanjing and the regulatory detailed plan of Nanjing, this paper uses GIS technology to optimize the location and layout of communication base stations. The results show that the location of communication base station is more intelligent, the layout is more optimized, and the resource utilization is more full. It can be seen that the optimization of location and layout of communication base stations based on GIS improves the efficiency of location and coverage, and ensures the development of information and communication networks to a higher level.
