企业发展已进入以经济优先升级和提高国际竞争力的核心产业调整阶段,特别是加入 W TO 之后,面临的国际市场竞争日益加剧。然而,民营企业家族化管理的各种迹象表明已逐渐不再适应企业的长远发展,成为企业发展的障碍。因此,民营企业需保持自身的竞争优势,提高应变能力,要进行制度创新,逐步淡出家族化管理,建立现代企业,构建新的管理模式。

Thinking the Question of Fade Out about Family Management of Civilian-run Enterprises

The enterprise's development have already entered the key industry adjustment stage with economy prior upgrade and improve international competitiveness,especially after joining WTO,the international market competition faced is aggravated badly.However,various kinds of signs of family management of civilian-run enterprise indicate that has already no longer adapted to the long-term development of enterprises gradually,become obstacle of enterprise's development.So,the civilian-run enterprise needs to keep one's own competition advantage,improve the adaptability to changes and carry on system innovation,fade out family management,set up modern enterprises progressively,structure the new management mode.
