浅析我国农业融资的问题及对策

农业是国民经济发展、社会安定的基础，是在我国全面建设小康社会的关键环节和难点之一。特别是随着我国加入世界贸易组织、国内改革和经济发展出现的新态势，使“加快农业发展、夯实国家经济发展基础”这一带有明显根本性和长远性并关系国家经济安全的重大问题，再次紧迫地摆在了各级政府和有关部门的面前。目前我国农业融资难和农业发展资金需求满足率低的现象在全国各地普遍存在，并已成为影响农业和农村经济发展的明显制约因素。论文在分析我国农村金融市场存在两种性质不同融资渠道的基础上，提出了拓宽农业融资渠道的政策性建议。
