| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,中国城市社区治理逐步取得新成效,由"单位制"管理转变为多元主体治理,激发了社会活力,推动了城市社区治理结构的变迁。我国特色社会主义进入新时代,因而要站在新的历史方位上,在回顾改革开放以来的城市社区治理变革过程的基础上,总结有益的社区治理经验,避免以往社区治理误区,从而把握我国城市社区治理的新发展趋势,提高社区服务水平,为和谐社会建设作贡献。
