摘    要:麦当劳作为世界500强企业,快餐业毋庸置疑的龙头企业,虽然进入中国市场晚于其竞争对手肯德基,客观上面临着许多压力和挑战,但由于其独特的人力资源管理模式和人才培养体系,使其在客观劣势的情况下取得了骄人的成绩。

Abstract:McDonald's Corp,the Top 500 World Company,is an indubitably leading company in snack industry. Although they entered into Chinese market later than their rival KFC,and they are faced with much tension and challenge,they have obtained good results in virtue of their unique management mode of human resources and system of cultivating personnel under the bad environment.
