论兵法谋略在企业竞争战略中的应用

把我国古代的兵法谋略与现代企业的竞争战略结合在一起,结合实例探讨了他们两者的关系和制定企业竞争战略的必要性,也对兵法谋略在企业竞争战略中的应用模式进行了探讨。这些模式(如“不战而屈人之兵”、“攻其不备、出其不意”、“以攻为主”、“强而避之、独辟蹊径”等)可供企业在制定竞争战略时借鉴,灵活而用之。

Military Strategy and Tactics for Use in the Strategy of Enterprise Compititon

By means of Chinese ancient minitary strategy and tactics in combination with competitive strategy of modern enterprises and combining with real examples,the relationships of both and the necessity of the formulation of enterprise competition strategy are discussed,the application mode of military strategy and tactics in the enterprise competition strategy is also discussed. These modes such as;"to win without fighting a battle" ,"striking when the enemy is unprepared, and catching the enemy unawares" ," using attack as a means of defense" ," avoiding the enemy when he is formidable" and "developing a new style of ourselves" are used for reference of the enterprises when they formunate the competition strategy and flexible in use.
