| 摘 要： | 将供应链管理模式与方法应用于农产品流通研究,构建适合我国特点的粮食供应链,对于降低物流成本,提高粮食流通效率具有重要意义。本文在分析北京地区粮食流通现状的基础上,引入粮食供应链的概念及模型,分析北京地区粮食供应链模型构建的基础条件,提出北京地区粮食供应链构建和优化的思路。

| Abstract: | The assay,focusing on the modes and ways of supply chain management which are applied to the study of agricultural products circulation and contributes to the construction of grain supply chain suitable for the nation’s current situation,has significant importance to decreasing logistic cost and the enhancing the efficiency of grain circulation. Based on the current situation of grain circulation in Beijing area,the assay introduces the concepts and models of grain supply chain. And also by analyzing the basic condition of the grain supply chain in Beijing area based on the model,it provides suggestions to the construction and optimization of the grain supply chain in Beijing area. |
