| 摘 要： | 民办高校师资队伍建设的困境及原因是多方面的,该文认为,目前我国民办高校师资队伍建设的困境主要有教师数量不足等六个方面,造成困境的原因包括政策的不完善、难落实等;该文提出了完善民办高校师资队伍建设政策的四种选择。
