| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下，科技创新活动是以追求经济利益为目的的活动，人们愿不愿意创新，与科技创新的收益在很大程度上取决于社会对科技创新产权的保护状况，在目前创新理论和实践领域，则直接表现在对构成科技创新重要来源的知识产权的保护状况，因而保护知识产权是推动科技创新的突破口。

| Abstract: | The innovation activities of science and technology aim at pursuing economic benefits under the condition of market economy.Whether people like to innovate is related to the income from the innovation,but the income of science and technology is decided by the society's protection condition towards innovation property.At present in the innovation theory and practice field,it is decided directly by the protection condition of the intellectual property that forms the important source of science and technology innovation .Therefore,to protect intellectual property is to promote the gap of science and technology innovation. |
