摘    要:底物固载于固体表面进行的酶催化反应近年来在生物工程学中越来越受到关注。该技术推动了生物化学领域微型化、自动化的发展;此外可以解决在微点阵和纳米技术等领域所面临的技术挑战。在生物纳米技术方面,通过提高对映选择性和生物兼容性,进一步拓宽酶的修饰方法。综述了较为成熟的固相表面酶催化反应。

Abstract:Enzyme- catalysed reactions in which substrates are bound to solid surfaces are becoming increasingly important in biotechnology. There is a general drive for miniaturisation and automation in chemistry and biology, and it helps to address technical challenges in microarrays and nanoparticles areas. In bionanotechnology, enzyme catalysis can provide highly selective and biocompatible tools for modification of surfaces on nano - scale. Range of enzyme - catalysed reactions that have been successfully performed on solid phase was reviewed.
