The Reform of China's Rural Land System

This paper reviews the evolution of land system in domestic and abroad,and explores the regulatory characters,deeply analyzes the reform and innovation practices during the three phases of the establishment,improvement and deepening reform of China’s rural land system since the reform and opening up,accurately grasps Xi Jinping’s important elaboration,situation requirements,and general direction about rural land system reform,and puts forward some major issues for in-depth research rural land system reform.
