乡村振兴进程中“宗法制文化”的转型——重塑符合市场经济精神的开放式新型农民集体

市场经济的薄弱导致"宗法制文化"在农村还有最后的生存空间,"宗法制文化"的保守性、封闭性、血缘性、非平等性等特质,影响土地制度的形态功能和土地流转的自由顺畅,反过来又抑制农村市场经济的发展,继而影响乡村振兴战略的推进。必须用外力对"宗法制文化"进行彻底破除,突破点在于在土地集体所有制的法律构架下构建符合市场经济精神的开放式新型农民集体,既不违背集体所有制的法律约束,又能以人的流转的形式间接实现土地的流转,最终以农业部门的纯粹化、农民身份的证券化、农村经营的公司化初步实现乡村振兴。

Transformation of the Patriarchal System Culture in the Process of Rural Revitalization: Reshaping the New Open Farmers Collective in Accordance with the Spirit of Market Economy

The weakness of market economy leads to the final living space of patriarchal system culture in rural areas. The conservatism, closeness, consanguinity and inequality of patriarchal system culture affect the form and function of land system and the freedom of land circulation , which in tum inhibit the development of mral market economy. In the process of Rural Revitalization strategy , the patriarchal system culture must be completely destroyed with external force. The breakthrough point lies in the construction of a new open farmers collective in line with the spirit of market economy under the legal framework of collective land ownership. It is not contrary to the legal restriction of collective ownership ,but indirectly realizes the circulation of the land in the form of people's circulation, and finally realizes the Rural Revitalization by the simplification of the agricultural sector, the securitization of the identity of the farmers and the corporatization of the rural management.
