| Abstract: | Several key points concerning the outstanding problems are stressed in the Urumqi and the Changji's further economic integration.First,the concept of integration;Second,establishment of the substantive cross-border managerial organization,institution,and reconstruction system;Third,the development of uniform planning;Fourth,trade-off on the relationship between government and the market;Fifth,innovation of institutional mechanism;Sixth,striving for the establishment of "national integrated support reform pilot area". |
