| 摘 要： | 社会中介组织概念的理论基础是市民社会和第三域的理论,与非营利组织概念的理论基础重复;从社会中介组织的作用来看,它的功能一部分是由市场中的专业服务组织完成的,另一部分的则是由非营利组织来完成的。
