Building a Beautiful New Chuzhou City under Eco-Civilization

Constructing cities under eco-civilization is an important choice for human beings in their civilization development. At present, the relevant explorations in both theory and practice have been carried out and proved fruitful. Under such background, the construction of a beautiful new Chuzhou City has been started and carried out steadily. However, there exist some deficiences such as the lag of local residents＇ eco-ideas and the lack of supervision on enterprises＇ pollution emission, which of course do not outweigh the favorable factors. The author thinks that we should further our construction with the better display of the leading function of eco-civilization in multiple ways.
