| Abstract: | The 1990s have seen the rapid strategic M&A, not only on large scale, but also in diverse forms, thus becoming the basic way of capital flows and capital restructuring. Through the introduction and analysis of the background of transnational strategic M&A and the classical cases, this paper comes up with proposals and countermeasures in practicing strategic M&A. |
