| 摘 要： | 在对中国1992-2006年省域投资环境进行综合评价的基础上,利用广义熵MLD指数,对中国投资环境地区差异进行了测度与分解.结果表明,中国投资环境区域差异明显,而且差异主要来源于地区内部,但时间上,无论地区间还是地区内部的差异总体都呈逐步缩小趋势;MLD指数动态分解显示,地区内部差距变动是缩小总体地区差距的主导方面,地区之间差距变动是缩小总体差距的重要力量,且到后期有增强趋势,经济增长因素起到了扩大总体差距的作用,但影响有限.以上发现对我国完善地区投资环境具有重要政策意义.
