| 摘 要： | 近年来中国经济快速发展,居民的生活水平得到了明显的提高。如何正确认识和评价居民生活水平与质量成为学者们研究的热点,正是以此为出发点笔者通过对＂十一五＂以来河南省的居民收入水平、消费水平与结构等方面的变化进行实证分析,发现河南省居民生活水平与质量中存在的问题,包括农民收入不断提高,但同城镇差距较大;城市间消费水平差异也较大,服务业总量偏小,城乡及区域间发展不平衡。应增加居民收入,扩大城乡居民消费,发展生产性服务业,建设中原城市群,扩大城市规模。

| Abstract: | The Chinese economics has developed very fast in recent years.Resident's standard of living has enhanced obviously.How to appraise the residents' standard of living and the quality of life correctly becomes the hot spot which the scholars study.This article analyzes income level,consumption level and structure changes of Henan Province's resident during the period of "11th Five-Year Plan",so that we can appraise the Henan Province township dwellers standard of living and the quality of life accurately,and also can explore how to raise the resident standard of living and the quality of life. |
