| Abstract: | The paper holds that scientific and technological cooperation is essential in the processes of fulfilling the Pan-Pearl-River Region strategy and therefore it is of great significance to undertake an objective and scientific appraisal of the scientific research capacity of the nine provinces/ districts in the region. The paper also presents some countermeasures together with the investigations. |
