我国券商陷入困境的原因及对策

通过运用公司治理结构理论和充分的数据分析,本文试图说明我国券商陷入困境的原因。文章发现,目前我国券商陷入困境的原因是公司治理结构存在严重的缺陷,当前我国券商的内部治理结构存在着严重的所有者“虚置”、内部人控制等问题,而且存在着非正轨的市场经济和国有机制的大环境,是导致当前我国券商问题不断爆发的根本原因。
