| 摘 要： | 通过对河南省安阳市水质现状的调查与分析,找出了导致安阳市水污染的根本原因,并且提出了从保持经济发展与资源、环保相协调,健全并改进水质监测网络,严格控制污染物的排放量,改革水资源管理体制,完善水污染防治的法规体系,各部门协调统一,共同治污等方面改善安阳市水质污染现状的措施.

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and analysis of water quality actuality of Anyang City, this paper discovers the basic cause leading to the water pollution of the city,and puts forward such measures as achieving the harmony between economy, environment and resources, establishing and improving a network of water quality monitoring, controlling the discharge of pollutant, reforming water management system, perfecting statute system of water pollution prevention, so as to improve the actuality of water quality of Anyang City. |
