| 摘 要： | 伴随着海峡两岸加入WTO步伐的加快,越来越多的台商前来祖国大陆投资,呈现出产业层次不断提高、投资规模迅速扩大、产业网络逐渐形成等特点,也面临诸多的困难和挑战.为了促进海峡两岸经贸往来,需要进一步优化投资环境,加大对台资企业的扶持力度.

| Abstract: | With the approaching entry of two sides of the strait to WTO,more and more Taiwanese businessmen come to invest in the mainland.The investment is characterized by the heightening technological level,the rapid enlarging scale,and the formation of industrial network.Meanwhile,the investors are confronting various difficulties and challenges in the mainland In order to improve the economic relation of two sides of the strait,it is necessary to better the investment environment,and to strengthen the support toward Taiwanese investors. |
