通达性、区位选择与信息服务业集聚——以上海为例

本文以上海265个邮编区为空间单元,着重研究都市内部通达性对信息服务业集聚的影响。预期通达性好的区位信息服务业集聚程度较高,并应用负二项分布模型,通过实证分析来验证这个观点。分析结果表明,信息服务业企业倾向于选择通达性较好的区位,尤其是倾向于选择城市轨道交通沿线的区位,同时也充分考虑接近人民广场、上海火车站等交通便利的区域。分行业的估计结果表明,软件服务企业对通达性要求更高,比其他企业更倾向于选择地铁、轻轨沿线的区域,更看重邻近两个机场的区位;互联网信息服务企业对邻近人民广场和火车站的区位较为看重,选择城市中心点的区域布局;计算机服务企业区位选择和全行业的结果相似。

Accessibility, Location Choice and Agglomeration in Information Service Industry——Taking Shanghai as the Example
