| 摘 要： | 粮食是一种极其重要的商品，又是一种极其重要的经济资源，并且也是一种极其重要的“生命资源”和战备资源。建立我国粮食安全预警系统的对策是：建立全国耕地与农业生产遥感监测与预警系统；建立组织机构；加强粮食安全动态监测；形成系统网络；加强粮食现代物流体系建设。
