| 摘 要： | 人们的预期直接影响着房地产价格的波动,而房地产价格的波动又影响着居民在消费和储蓄上的选择行为,影响着国内经济的持续稳定发展。本文在回顾关于预期与房地产价格波动关系的研究成果基础上,分析了人们预期形成的来源,构建了基于理性预期的房地产价格预期评估模型,并给出了模型的识别和参数估计方法。

| Abstract: | People's expectation directly affect the fluctuation of real estate price,which make a further impact on decision-making about consumption and their desir for deposit and even impact on sustainable healthy development of domestic economy.This paper analyzes the source of expectation formation,establishes expectation appraisal model for real estate price based on rational expectation,and gives the methods for model identification and parameters estimation. |
