The Dangers of Wenzhou Financial Reform

After ten years of waiting the Wenzhou general financial reform zone pilot project was finally announced on March 28th,2012.Aty the time many people exclaimed "Wenzhou is saved!" If the people of Wenzhou are able to work together and boldly move forward during this time of trial then this financial reform may just be the salvation Wenzhou needs to break its long-term economic stagnation. However,conflict is inevitable as local governments sit and watch as entrepreneurs use their own interpretation of the various reforms to monopolize all the profits for themselves Over the past 100 days of the reform there are some that say that the central government is allowing the local governments to walk through a minefield;while there are others who say that the local governments are ignoring the dangers present and that this reform is bound to end in failure. While traditionally Wenzhou has never lacked for creativity,how can everyone manage to make it through this current critical situation?
