| 摘 要： | 资源优势理论（R-A理论）是一种企业反映竞争行为的新理论,将其运用于高校教育研究中具有理论和现实意义.首先简要介绍运用于高等教育上的资源优势理论的主要内容和观点,并对目前高等教育改革的问题进行了探索;对应用R-A理论对我国高校合并热的问题进行解释;着重论述了资源优势理论对我国高等教育改革的启示. |

| Abstract: | The resources superiority theory is employed to reflect the competition behavior of enterprise,it have practical and theoretical significance for utilizing the theory to research the university education.This article first briefly introduces the main content and the viewpoint for utilizing resources superiority theory in the higher education,and explores the present higher education reform,then uses the resources superiority theory to explain the hot topic of university's merge in China,finally,elaborates the enlightenment of resources superiority theory to Chinese higher education reform. |
