| 摘 要： | 日本20世纪50年代开始推行的新农村建设的过程中有成功也有失败,一方面为实现城乡差距的缩小乃至消失做出了巨大的贡献,另一方面最终导致了农业的衰退而缺乏国际竞争力。相比而言,日本的情况与山东省有着更多相似之处,表现在农村建设运动的背景及传统文化等方面。因此。对日本新村建设经验的分析总结对山东省新农村建设具有重要的启示意义。
