| 摘 要： | 2008年的全球性次贷危机,使本来就严峻的大学生就业形势更是雪上加霜。大学生就业已不仅是高等教育的问题,而是全社会的突出问题。在这样的形势下,我们必须充分认识大学生和谐就业问题,分析其新时期的特点,提出建议和对策,转"危"为"机",提高大学生就业率,以此带动政府职能和高教改革。
