| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会的构建需要全社会的共同努力,而作为文化力核心的图书馆,只有从构建社会主义和谐社会的战略高度,根据我国图书馆发展的现状,改革创新,从争取社会关注、加强自身建设、强化服务意识、推行人本管理、共享信息资源、拓展个性化服务等方面入手,自强不息,努力奋斗,就能保证实现图书馆的服务功能,推动会主义和谐社会的发展。
