| 摘 要： | 异议登记制度是重要的不动产登记制度类型之一,该制度对阻却善意取得制度的适用、切实有效的保护因登记错误而无法对外彰显权利人身份的真正权利人的利益至关重要。但面对异议登记的内涵,学界仍有些许争议。本文就其内涵提出作者个人见解。
