| Abstract: | Based on the major problems existing in the construction project cost management,the paper proposes that PDCA recycle model,multiple objective optimization algorithm and fuzzy mathematics should be applied to the construction project cost management to ensure the effectiveness of cost management.And at last the life cycle comprehensive cost management system is established. |
