| 摘 要： | 为延长转油站的使用寿命,一是修复容器内部结构,完善容器贮存、缓冲、分离的性能;二是提高加热炉效率,加强对加热炉腐蚀的控制;三是转油站之间输油泵进行合理匹配,转油站设置卧式容器除沙装置,对加热炉烟囱安装拉力缓冲器。

| Abstract: | In order to prolong the service life of oil transfer station,firstly,we can repair the internal structure of the container,perfect the performance of storage,buffer and separation of container;secondly,improve the efficiency of the heating furnace,strengthen the control of corrosion of heating furnace;at last,match oil transfer pump reasonably between oil transfer stations,set up horizontal container desanding device in oil transfer station,and install pull buffer in heating furnace chimney. |
