| Abstract: | Combined with the alteration of engineering of NO:B18 contract section of the highway from Fengjie to Yunyang in Chongqing,the artide elaborated the philosophy and strategy of the alteration of engineering,detailed the process of how to avoid risks,speed up progress,create efficiency and then achieve cost-effective management by optimal or change the design and construction program,which provided an guidance to the highway project's cost management under the same conditions. |
