| 摘 要： | 随着我国信息化的发展,图书馆的数字化得到了前所未有迅猛发展,共享信息资源已成为人们的共识。高院图书馆作为社会知识存储传递利用的重要部门,有必要进行知识管理。本文阐释高校图书馆实施知识管理的内涵与特征及必要性,进而提出实施知识管理的应对策略。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China's informatization,digitalization of library gets rapid development.Sharing information resource has become people's common awareness.As the important department of store,transmission and usage of social knowledge,college library is necessary to conduct knowledge management.The article presents the connotation,feature and necessity of knowledge management of college library,and then proposes the corresponding countermeasures of implementing knowledge management. |
