高职院校“学生评教”指标体系中存在的问题及其改进

摘    要:评价指标脱离学生认知水平和权重分配随意性较大是高职院校"学生评教"指标体系中存在的突出问题。本文从学生的角度出发,探讨了评价指标的设计原则和方法,并用层次分析法对评价指标的权重进行了定量分析,使评价结果更加客观、准确。
