| Abstract: | This paper used the three-step research method: reviews,evaluation and discussion,carried out innovative research on the problems in paying the income tax and personal income tax in non-public economy corporate,causes and control measures,presented reversed ideas,retrograde method,and taxes into stock and other innovative ideas,to influence the legislative amendments to tax laws. |
