| 摘 要： | 市属高职院校在服务本市区域经济,提供高素质、应用型技能人才方面有着义不容辞的责任和义务。文章通过对珠海市各相关港口企业对港口业务人才的需求进行调查,并进一步分析珠海市港口业务人才所需要的基本层次及职业素质要求,从而对高职院校培养应用型港口业务人才提出了可行性建议。
