| 摘 要： | 施工阶段是建设项目投资控制的重要阶段。本文从做好施工图预算、选择科学的施工方案、加强工程质量管理、强化工程进度控制、把好材料价格关、合理处理工程索赔几个方面对施工阶段的投资控制分别进行阐述,为建设单位、施工单位、监理单位等相关单位进行施工阶段的投资控制提供了重要参考。
